I'm buying ableton this week, does anyone know if i can work with my old files from when i had a cracked copy? I got the "copy protection violation" message repeatedly when making tunes using the cracked version, but now i am buying it i want to go back to all those old tunes and finish them.

Has anyone got any experience of whether this works ok or if there are any issues in this process?

sounds a nightmare to me. ...but then I went from nil to 100% legit overnight.....vst's fx's the lot....try it and see what happens
