My friend just took 10 tripple stacks of extascy. Foam keeps coming out his mouth.Is this ok?
He working fine and comunitcating with me and he also says he has the greatest feeling ever but foam keeps coming up.

it is possible but you have to take a hell of a lot of actual mdma, which as we all know there isn't a lot of it in most pills, so the answer is yes, but it's quite hard and I think the chance of actually dying from it is quite low, but overdose of it can give seizures etc.

i can remember being nicked once some years ago for some nonsense and a dude was brought in for drink driving. As soon as he'd seen the lights in his rear view mirror he promptly necked the 6 pills he had in his pocket, so by the time he was in the cells he was starting to come up like a bastard...that was fucking miserable, just wouldnt shut up and i was stone cold sober

Foam coming out of his mouth means he has rabies. It takes about 3 weeks for this to happen, so he must have been bitten a few weeks go. It's just coincidence that it happened while taking xtc. He needs medical attention immediately. Stay away from him or you could get it too.

Basically supposed to be 3 pills in 1. Kind of rare to get 1 real pill in 1 in lots of places these days, so 3 in 1 is pushing it...

I'm pretty sure mdma makes you retain water, hence a few hours after coming down you'll have liek a million massive pisses without even drinking any more water.

Short answer - you'd throw most of them up, and then be in a bad way off the ones you did digest for a while.

Well it can cause erratic body temperature, making it rise, known as hyperthermia. That's mostly where the dehydration comes from I think. Too much water can be bad though, gotta find a balance, like a bottle per hour or so in a club setting which is usually kind of hot inside as well. I think I drink about 2-3 bottles, or split one of the 1 litre ones with whoever I'm with. Of course it would vary a bit depending on body type, some big fuckers will need more.
