after seeing the huge launch party with MACHINECODE/CURRENT VALUE/DEAN RODELL/CULPRATE the darkness returns with another healthy injection of bass strainght into the brain.

COUNTERSTRIKE, also known as Animal Chin and 500 Mills, have been active drum 'n bass DJ's/producers since the mid nineties. Collectively producing since 1998, they've had over 50 vinyl releases on various high profile labels such as Rob Playford's Moving Shadow, Dieselboy's Human and Dylan's Obscene.
Algorythm Recordings, their own imprint, was launched in 2005 and include releases from artists such as Current Value, Limewax, SPL, T.Z.A, The Panacea and Donny. The beginning of 2009 saw the launch of their second label, Counterstrike Recordings. Apart from their busy production schedule, they still find the time to regularly perform abroad. 2009 saw them DJ in 18 countries.

It's been a year in the making, but it's been worth the wait. Part 2 has arrived featuring Counterstrike collaborations across 4 continents with diverse hard drum 'n bass artists such as Katharsys, Forbidden Society, Zardonic and Nanotek. These tracks have been devastating dance floors across the globe and will continue to do so for many months to come.
