After the big thread about InspectorDubplate and YouTube as a promotional tool, I decided to start a YouTube channel in the spirit of UKFDubsep that partners with artists and labels to give the deeper side of dubstep more exposure. If you're a label or artist with unsigned tracks that you want uploaded please send them to subversiondubs@gmail.com along with download links, myspaces, soundclouds, etc. It beats uploading them yourself and if it takes off and gets a tons of subscribers it'll be a good way to get your music to more ears.

Your better of speaking to the admins on here and asking to use the DubstepForum name as the name of the channel.

And improve the layout of your channel, its pretty tacky!

That would cause some problems as that would imply that DubstepForum supports all of the tunes being uploaded. Traditionally, anything with the DubstepForum name has been organized by the community rahter than one person. I don't want the channel to be tied to any one website anyway.

Is this channel just going to focus on deep stuff/ experimental or whatever which was one of the problems with inspector dubplate i thought, or instead publish any good music.

Im not saying i want the same sort of stuff as inspector dubplate as i despise that, instead perhaps dont have any parameters you have to fill to get your music published just that it be good?

For everyone wanting to submit music, please use the email (subversiondubs@gmail.com) so I don't have to deal with responding to everyone using this thread. If you're not sure whether it's what I'm looking for, send away! When I say deep/experimental, it doesn't mean everything has to sound like Headhunter, just stuff that's different from the standard intro/sample/filthy drop formula.

Please note that even though I'll try to put up as much good music as possible, there's only so many hours in the day and as such, there has to be some quality control with regards to what gets posted. I'll try to respond to everyone and appreciate all music that gets sent to me, even if it doesn't get uploaded.
