did some research, turns out they're called a Flowboard, and were invented in the 90's...

also,

I've never been into snowboarding or skateboarding, but this would be one invention I would be willing to try out.

Looks crazy, you could probably do some hardcore coasting on that. Bet you it's a lot easier to break your leg on that thing however.

i've had the pleasure of riding one of these a few times

way more fun to cruise down hills but they roll from side to side a little too easily. kind of sketchy

i've had a go on one of these and it is not that good a ride. nothing can really come near my dervish though
