haha the internet is raising a ruckus says that Nolan stole the idea for Inception from this comic.

the similarities are there, but its a bit of a stretch, its not like its a truly unique theme.

tl;dr but first four pages are like inception, but inception doesnt have any fucking ducks in it.

the only other real similarities after the first few pages is that the dreams disintegrate and when you fall you wake up

EDIT: and random stuff like rush hour traffic comes barging into the dreams at the suggestion from the outside world

also, if Scrooge wakes up while they're in the dream then they all get stuck and scrooge will go crazy (not really a similarity to anything but the limbo aspect)

that comic is better than the film

There is no idea you can think up that some geek on the internet will not have already read before in some obscure book / comic / forum / magazine / sc-fi tv show.... It's impossible.

It's hilariously similar yes, but come on. To have effectively adapted that 4 page Duck Tales strip into the move INCEPTION on purpose would be more impressive than the storyline itself.

Hollywood! a hop and a skip away from me. two work for Dreamworks, one works for Warner, and one works for Pixar (but i rarely get to see him, he lives like 4 hours away)

they all went to college with me, doing animation/graphic design
