EDIT: just been informed that actually it was indeed Photon Wave Orchestra who initially slowed down bieber, and shamantis is just a jackass for taking their stolen idea and claiming it as his own.

Didn't realise so much arguing had happened since I saw it. What a load of shit. Whoever did it just clicked one thing to modify the song. It's like taking a shitty child's pictures and throwing water all over it to make it a watercolour and sticking it on your fridge.
