Hi,
I just got a cdj-1000 through and it is in very good condition except for one thing, the small control port at the back is damaged/missing

That is what it looks like, now the inside seems perfectly fine but without this circular port I can't use it (I've tried and failed)

This is how it's supposed to look,
does anybody have any suggestions on replacements or what I would actually need to replace?

No i don't think so, i think it's a simple job, but such a little unit would normally not be sold.
If you can't fix it, put some tape on it lol, fixed !

"By using the accessory control cord to connect the control connectors of two DJ CD Players, automatic relay play can be performed."

Exactly!
Well to put it simply, connect the control port to a djm series mixer and you can control the start/stop of a deck from the mixer (useful for doing fast cuts with a cross-fader) I'll be getting a djm eventually, and even though this feature would be completely lost for most edm I still want the bloody port
