I think my computer got a virus/trojan because of the DSF...
why don't they do something about this?
Java always wants to start up & my pc randomly opens internet explorer.
I think it's gone now, but is it so hard to remove this malware from the dsf server?

Re: DSF malware
it's the ad service
same shit over on doa and loads of sites
the malicious code starts off as a legit ad, then when approved is switched with the code and bingo
nothing to do with dsf
why you're browsing with javascript blindly on is beyond me
and lol at mac argument

Re: DSF malware
Malware can be caused by A LOT of sites. Seriously.
Also, I've been using Windows for my whole life now and I only got a virus once.

Re: DSF malware
my combo that does me right
avira, spybot, peerguardian 2
extensions for firefox: adblock plus, noscript
i would use chrome, but not keen on it's imprint on hard drive fragmentation
at OP: burn a AV rescue or live cd like kaspersky rescue disk or avira rescue system to hopefully take care of what you caught, then armor up your browser

Re: DSF malware
i've never had a problem, but i just had to turn off firefix security for blocking attack sites just to use it today...
Re: DSF malware
Ive got the same problem, Ive been trying to clean it all day. Its keeps trying to load .exe files on startup and my anti virus is warning me of trojan:win32/fakerean and of java problems. Its is also automatically loading web pages. This isnt the first time but this one is proving a lot harder to remove.
Im sure it was from on here because the antivirus is blocking only this site warning me it has been reported as an attack site. Im currently browsing on my mobile, which I hope is safe although I am getting a long script of permissions below the advert.
Dubway tells me the virus has been removed and after some cleaning I havnt had any further warnings but I still cant access this site from my pc.
