North American Dubstep labels

I'm trying to start a dubstep show on campus radio in Canada, but there are certain requirements for university radio shows. One is 35% of the content played must be Canadian artists. Another is that 30% of the music played must come from their "charts", which is basically music sent to them for free from record labels. The problem is the station has no dubstep labels sending them music yet. The music director can get some but he needs a list of North American dubstep labels, and a list of Canadian dubstep artists. Can you guys list me some North American labels and Canadian dubstep artists?
