A new late night spot for London opens its doors for the first time on September 11th. In time-honoured tradition of some legendary after-dark club spaces, the opening night is a work in progress; a Construction Party.
The space will remain adaptable for its carefully chosen parties - 12 this calendar year - and we'll be fine tuning the hi-tech sound systems and feeling out the space on September 11th, before a run of London's better warehouse/loft promoters lay down their mark from October until the end of 2010.
12 parties, all underground, all about the music.
The space is a double-arched ex vaults, full of character in the heart of Clerkenwell - an area with a real history of Gin distilleries, breweries, venerable yet dark orders, Fagin’s lair, Lenin, radicalism and home to London’s most infamous rookeries, pickpockets, receivers, counterfeiters and strippers & grippers; Clerkenwell's been home to London’s unwanted, misunderstood or uncontrollable for centuries. Lowlife or highlife it’s all a matter of taste.
9pm until 6am. £5 before 10pm or after 3am, otherwise £8
