I watched the first 2 Guinea Pig movies with a girl once on our first "date". She wanted to see because I had mentioned it once during a conversation about horror movies. Went down pretty well actually to my surprise. A similar one I probably wouldn't try is August Underground as it's a bit more blatant IMO.

And shit. Fucking terrible movies. When it comes to Guinea Pig though, Mermaid in a Manhole is the one.
