Removing crackle at end of chopped samples

Afternoon folk, was hoping someone could be kind enough to give me some advice on sampling.

I've chopped up a classical tune into dozens of pieces to sample for a dubstep tune and am having problems with a select few. No matter where I drag the end bar for these, there is the slight crackle sound from cutting the sample off prematurely. Is there anything that can be done to the end of the sample to remove the static/crackle sound?

Cheers!

Quick fade out?

Or use pencil tool in wavelab/soundforge (audacity too maybe?)

Small fade outs will help but you could also download Audacity. It has an option called "select zero crossings" or something like that, the hotkey is Z.

If you bring each sample in, select all, then find the "zero crossings" option and click it. Make sure you don't unclick the selection, then just go to File - Export Selected to WAV, and the clicky noise should be removed.
