I am having an issue with layering multiple audio tracks in Logic 9, which as you can imagine is making production a nightmare. I have already posted on the Logic Help forum, but was hoping someone here may have an idea of what the issue is. Rather than typing the issue out all over again, I am gonna post a link to the forum where I have already gone over it and posted screenshots. Hopefully someone can help me, either way I am glad to be a part of this forum, and look forward to exploring production with all of you.

Re: Logic Users? Multiple audio track problem.
I"d go into the environment at the start of an empty project, and see what's going on in there-- put up a screenshot of your audio objects, specifically.
that prelisten thing is bizarre. Delete one and pan it in the middle.
also, make sure that any audio objects aren't solo'd, or in solo safe mode.
will post this @ LPH as well.

Re: Logic Users? Multiple audio track problem.
Thank you for your help, I have posted the screenshots over there. I would be happy to transpose any of the resulting troubleshooting if you think it would be a good resource for anyone else. From the sound of it though, this is not a common issue. FML.

FML= Fix My Logic. Well not really, but it works. Anyway, got the answer on the LPH forums. I needed to go to my audio preferences and check the universal track mode button. How incredibly simple.amphibian wrote:Now now, let's not be so bloody dramatic.
