Bringing a new wave to a new city

I live in Windsor ontario canada, population roughly 250k, I want to bring dubstep to the river front here by the end of next summer, we have detroit right there, and they have that electronic fest every year that produces quite the crowd, i figure dubstep would be a nice mix to the area, the deep bass send shivers down my spine, it is a gradual process that I have hit the pavement hard with, any support from anybody would be greatly appriciated, ill need some solid artists to come down and perform, I was thinking getting Nero as well as hatiras?

Things are on the up, I have a meeting with the executive council at the U of W monday to get a booth set up on campus to get it to the public, im also having one set up @ st clair, the other college in the area, a few clubs are on board, ill be hosting a show shortly once i get more feedback from the campus'
