Strange question. How did yuo plan on looking at the loops? I guess open them up in a wave editor? then what? you need a grid behind it to be able to see where the hits are and you would also need to know the exact tempo of the loop I think?

You are going to find it quite hard to try and copy it in this way I think. Just work out how to do it yourself and things will be much easier. Work in a small loop so you can limit your work space. Play with the velocitys, pitch and where the hits are. You will need the right sounding hats for them to fit and you will need to play with the ADSR for them to fit. Sometimes automating the ADSR very quickly for one hit in the right place can create some nice grooves. Once you get something feeling nice with the shortest loop you can do, double it up and make the second half different. Move some hits forwards or back and dont forget to remove quantize on some of the hits.
