You can get them as soundfonts - try googling steeldrum soundfonts and see what comes up. Soundfonts aren't usually the best, but as they're percussive rather than sustained it generally shouldn't make too much difference. Most soft samplers can convert anyway (actually thinking about it I've probably got them in emulator/proteusx format if that's any use - if I can find and upload, I'll do that)

I really don't know I don't use it. You can get simple soundfont players from www.kvraudio.com if they don't convert to the FL sampler and then just run them as vsts.
