this is really interesting to me. i often wonder what other people think about how much of each condiment they use. mustard is just so versatile where mayo is more of a texture thing..
you thoughts?

bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich must have mayo...
I use both mustard and mayo more than ketchup..
big fan of pico here...although I'm not sure if that qualifies as condiment

I don't get mayo, who would want to put tasteless spunk on their food I don't know.
Now with mustard, it's more of a English Vs French Vs American debate...
