Guys, I don't mean to sound like a snob...
but last time I had had mac and cheese it was pretty gross.
Living in italy eating real pasta for the last 7 years may have broken something inside.
BUT, I still prefer the baked kind.

I just cooked the baked kind, it was very good but there wasn't enough cheese to weld it together in the form I anticipated. As soon as I had cooked it I also dropped half of it on the floor when I burnt my hand. I likes it with a bit of spice though, some onions, mustard, pimento, black pepper. It were right good! Relaks, you disgust me, how dare you! Gross you know! I love Italian food, but this is straight up ghetto munch, wha ya deal wid! I also love the kind with the white sauce that you do on the hob, it is well comforting, and not as fatty as the baked kind.
