Sweet man you shouldn't definitely get into it. I showed that video to a few of my friends who are bums attempting the make it in the film industry and they were stoking on it. One thing they talked about was the shots moving a bit fast, but I figured that was what you wanted to do, to interact with the crazy riddims on claptrap.sixamsedna wrote:Oh man, didn't expect so many people to enjoy this as much as you all did! Thanks a lot guys. I wanted to do a whole video to claptrap, but realized it would take me a few months to complete - plus I pretty much used up all the footage I had at the moment, so I just shot for 30 seconds. I sent it to Hessle on soundcloud, waiting on a response. I hope they get back to me with their thoughts.
Wanted to do something Dubstep oriented, because there's barely even a "music video market" for this music - so I jumped at the opportunity. I have so many ideas for various dubstep tunes, but it requires a lot of time! I have an idea for Mount Kimbie - At Least (Instra:mental Remix) that I've had brewing since the summer. I'll definitely make one for that too, just dont know when.
claptrap is a great choice of tune, as this guy said ^ the rhythm is spot on. I think even if it was just abstract and switching and swapping in time with the tunes it would look amazing. I've message HA on soundcloud before, no luck. I tweeted a link to Ben UFO and ramadanman of your video, but no response. they are on twitter a lot, so if ur not already, you should tweet it to them. I think this is probably the easiest way to share stuff with established DJs atm!green plan wrote:Sweet man you shouldn't definitely get into it.
