Where my heads at?

Place for discussion of the superior artform that is UK hip hop.

Just about to go see Jehst down the road on my laz, not nearly enough people into this shit.

Heard Jam Baxter's new album is meant to be SERIOOOOOUS but I can't even find the thing, online or IRL.

Haven't kept up with it for a long while. Did Jehst's "Dragon of an Ordinary Family" ever even drop?

Proper. Christ I'd forgotten about that track.

Caveman were dope as well. UK Hip Hop had/has some real talent for sure.

See, this to me is Hip Hop, not the electronic sounding stuff, too many synths and not enough samples. I'm gettin' old innit.

Not down with the 'kids' no more.... :(

american rap was superior. now it's pretty gay.

but this is my question for you uk mans.

growing up with both uk hip hop and grime, which do you like more. which do you find yourself rinsing more? or is it equal?
