eazy...in kontact how do you keep the pitch at one level when playing higher octaves im trying to make the wump wump ive sampled a slow lfo bass now just want to use higher octave to controle the lfo speed keeping the pitch the same any help would be greatly appreciated its been racking my brain all weekend

check the wobble bass thread i tossed a kontakt tutorial up in there
its easier to sample a pure waveform and make the lfo in kontakt
otherwise you'll have to change sample mode from dfd to time machine or time machine 2 and tweak from there

if i understand you correctly, you need to use the "time machine/time machine II" sample mode functions (as opposed to DFD which is the standard setting). this will allow you to re-adjust the frequency of the LFO effect present in the sampled sound
however be warned that if you've pitched the sound up/down an octave you can expect some degredation...
