Anyone watch this on BBC2 Sunday night?

Dead interesting - about how politics submitted to the
free market in the 90's basically killing democracy and
civil rights on the spot, and stuff along those lines.....

It's on again this Sunday evening, well worth checking.

Apparently the first parts on "Teleport Replay" for all
Virgin Media customers... in case you're one of them!

Thought-provoking stuff. I think the points that Curtis is making are that quantifying all of human behaviour is probably not a great idea, and that the belief that people are merely self-interested gene-reproducing machines isn't too accurate either.

yep good show - god bless NTL on demand

Same guy that made Century of the Self and Power of Nightmares - really good documentary maker saying some very important things that no-one else would touch with a bargepole

Good find fella :D

Just found out that this had started airing. Might be a little early, but I'm going to see if I can find this online anywhere as I do enjoy Curtis' documentaries (even if he does over-simplify his points sometimes). The topics he picks are nothing short of fascinating though.
