i've never joined in on the Black Friday sale excitement, but someone put an Android app out for it this year. i'm getting Final Fantasy XIII PS3 for $17 from Target and Battlefield: Bad Company 2 PS3 for $30 from Best Buy. there's a lot of TVs for sale, but most of them are shit really. some people don't realize that. when my 56" Samsung DLP died, i bought a 40" LCD. when people asked me what it cost, they told me whatever was cheaper. somebody else said something about a 42" costing less at the time. i paid extra for a better TV. i definitely want a second TV for the bedroom, but there's no way i'm taking any of the low end deals - or another Samsung. is anyone else going for anything?

that's what i normally do, especially when i can avoid paying tax. i was just playing with the app and thought whatever - 2 games i want for a good price. i still might not even make it into the store or put down the game and leave.

day after thanksgiving, most retailers have a bunch of sales for christmas to get people to buy a bunch of shit they don't need cause it's cheaper than normal

usually clearing out a bunch of backstock
basically a retail holiday

Too much of a hassle and too crowded for what are really not very good deals. I still have around 15 unopened DVDs and some unopened computer accessories from a Circuit City black friday sale from about 6 years ago. The very best deals available like laptops are hard to get because each store usually only has a couple, and people camp outside for that shit lol.
