Room is a fairly small rectangle. I'll post the dimensions later today after I take the measurements. But again, it's fairly small.
thanks so much guys

cheers for the reply. looks like there's no cyberstore for the states (dont wanna have to order from overseas if possible), but i guess they're just a distributor?Shekul wrote:http://www.thomann.de/gb/studio_furniture.html
looks damn nice, but at first glance looks a bit out of my league price wise
Quiklok make a lot of the desks on thomman, check stores in the US that sell them here http://www.quiklok.com/dealers.phpcharlemagne wrote:cheers for the reply. looks like there's no cyberstore for the states (dont wanna have to order from overseas if possible), but i guess they're just a distributor?Shekul wrote:http://www.thomann.de/gb/studio_furniture.html

I got this desk for about £100: http://www.quiklok.com/catalog/?p=produ ... -250-BK-GR
Here's my set-up with the desk: http://i131.photobucket.com/albums/p298 ... diogr2.jpg
Been very happy with it.
Yeah it is, it's easy. The fl studio manual has a really useful bit about connecting hardware synthesizers to it. I just followed that and it took about 5 minutes. It works just like any other vst now, when i wanna use it i just click Midi out (which controls the blofeld) and start jamming on the keyboard. Then if i wanna go use Massive or something i just click on that too and away i go.wub wrote:Shekul wrote:Quiklok make a lot of the desks on thomman, check stores in the US that sell them here http://www.quiklok.com/dealers.phpcharlemagne wrote:cheers for the reply. looks like there's no cyberstore for the states (dont wanna have to order from overseas if possible), but i guess they're just a distributor?Shekul wrote:http://www.thomann.de/gb/studio_furniture.html

Bit of a tangent, but is that FL you're running in that pic? How are you finding it enbabling a hardware outboard synth to run through FL?
