I plan on attending. now it says its till 4am +21 does that mean theres gonna be liquor or do i need to preparty?

I think there will be alcohol, not sure though, but I don't know why it would be 21+ if it isn't being put on somewhere there is alcohol near by.
I'm driving down from Bakersfield. See you all down there.
