TOTALLY. By BMI standards I'm supposed to weigh 220, but I'm 6'5" and built like a fcking brick wall and not some lanky poof. I look emaciated at 240!

Yeah, BMI doesn't take fat percentage into consideration. Lots of muscle + thick bones make a big difference. Also depends on how much water you have in your body...

I'm the other way around. I'm light as a feather and look like a twig with a shirt on. But shirtless I'm pecks + shoulders and have quite a bit of muscle on my body.

6 2 here, at 175 I looked like a walking skeleton. Yet for my height, I can be 145 and be considered "healthy" on the bmi charts. WTF, get real!

But the point remains, euros are a bunch of fatties.
