EDIT: Ok I'll elaborate a bit, but before I do that - qwaycee as per usual, gets what I'm talking about right off the bat. Even though I posted the two examples, I'll just say that what I mean by "cosmic" is it's that trademark synth that started in house music, and then some futuristic ambient tunes also use it a lot. Speaking of "F" - there's actually a tune by "F" that has this certain synthline that basically in a nutshell describes what "cosmic" or "spacey" mean.
To illustrate it, I'll post the tune and and indicate the timeframes just so everyone KNOWS what I'm talking about and not resort to guessing. (Having "Cosmic" or "Space" keywords in a tune's title does not necessarily mean it's cosmic)
Here we go
timeframe: 0:00 - 0:42
A lot of the tunes have either this type of synthline, or a VARIATION of it, or something that is very close to it, and it carries the tune. BOTH tunes I posted, if you listen to them carefully HAVE this particular synth, in one form or another. And listen to the tunes qwaycee posted cos they got 'em too.
I hope I elaborated it a bit better.

Listened to both, and while I appreciate you participating in this...didn't feel the tracks. Nor did I feel they even fit the term "Cosmic" there's nothing cosmic about them, just a few minimal melodies that don't even transcend the feeling of being in space as for example the first two I posted
also 'putney says' by djg & xi might be in the ball park.

I'm still confused as to what Cosmic Dubstep is but does this count?

lulz, i threw kosmic 78 in there because i felt the feel of the song was similar to the tunes you posted, not because the word "kosmic" (not cosmic) is in the title! but thank you for the explanation on what you're looking for. i get what you are asking for now.

You GOT IT... except this is more like minimal house, not dubstep - but you got the characteristics right.
and south3rn, your tune also fits the bill. You got it down too.

Usually do. The point of the thread is to gather these tunes into one thread, enlighten others, and find out tunes that I may have never heard but they fit the criteria.
