Had this as the intro tune to a mix I tried to upload this afternoon and got the message from Soundcloud saying I couldn't upload due to copyright issues...

Why can't I put it in my mix? :?

EDIT: I sent Soundcloud the links and told them I'm making no profit from the mix. They reviewed it and now the mix is up on my page!
