mega noob question

yea ok noob here *raises hand*. trying to share my files through soundcloud but the embed link doesn't seem to be working, i copy n paste n just get the fat html link and doesn't work for shite when i post the thread. am i doin it wrong? O_o

also i notice a lot of people have soundcloud links as their signature, but my embed link is like 800 letters long and the max letter limit is like 350. so i must be missing something, right? x_x
