What are you having trouble with?
DO you have ASIO drivers installed for the delta?

Like are you trying to send midi signals to gear?
If so, you just create a midi channel, and for the output, select the port that you want to sent the data to.

Or are you trying to recieve signals from gear?

Your diagram prolly explains everything, but I'm not too sure what FMR/RNC are...

Right. You just make a bus for compression and then instead of main out select the outputs on the card in the channel strip.

Then in an audio track you just select monitor the inputs on the card.

I used cubase as an fx processor for mixing once. Quite the same method except cubase is the intermediary in the loop, rather than the compressor.

Not being derogatory copy and pasting this but

"The RNC can be wired in two ways, using TRS or TS cables. TRS cables allow you to connect the RNC directly to mixer inserts with one cable per channel; TS cables allow for other applications, such as patchbay connections. The sidechain uses a TRS connection; use an insert cable to connect it to a normalled patchbay"
