Live DAWs question

I have live intro. and im fairly happy with how its going. its limited as all hell, but its livable for now. my question is should i save up for full ableton live. or should i buy reason 5 and sequence it with live intro? all of this would be for in a live environment as well. because i know people like the prodigy sequence reason with ableton for live performances. and from what i can tell the synths in reason are way more powerful than in ableton. what should i do?

Are you planning to use Ableton for a Prodigy style live show?

put in a nut shell, yes. im aiming to be able to fire off clips and sequences from my laptop, but also play in live bits and pieces.

So, create the clips from Reason, bounce out, then use Ableton to trigger then?
