2562/A Made Up Sound appreciation thread

This is dude doesn't just make awesome Technoid Dubstep, he also makes some of the most fun Techno out there! 'Rear Window' is probably the coolest Techno track I've heard this year.



And also you shouldn't forget his more Dubstep-ish stuff (Still heavily technoid though)

i just had the pleasure of seeing him again this past weekend, and i have to say he is one of the most consistently good djs i've ever seen. he always plays all kinds of stuff i've never heard and it always sounds like mutant alien funk

I've also loved 2562 for so long. So much talent and such great production skills. Great movement and phrasing as well as his articulate drum work. Loving the extra third track thrown onto his A Made Up Sound label releases and how theyre a second version or broken version of the A. track!

I was at his nyc show too, I havent heard a set like that in quite some time! Sick blends, awesome sound, sweet to hear hard ass house songs for a change.

Taco can you confirm that he played rear window twice? I though I remembered him doing that and both times people were loosing it!

This guy's without a doubt my favorite producer. Loved almost every single tune he's put out, and even the ones I haven't loved are quality. Each subsequent release sounds different from the previous one, but you can immediately tell when a tune's produced by him. "Mutant alien funk" is pretty much a perfect descriptor for his work.

after listening to rear window i can neither confirm that i've ever heard it before or if he played it last week my memory for tunes isnt so good nowadays
