Ok so yesterday I got decent at making fast wobble basses on Massive. Then I spent probably 6 hours trying to figure out how to make a patch to emulate what bogtrotter did in his song (posted below).
Can someone please give me tips on achieving this slow deep wobble. Should you use massive? or something else? I'm DYING to get this sound...

Sounds like a synced 1/4 LFO on a low pass filter with a slower attack. And lots of experimenting with Phase and Voicing.

Do you think massive is the best way to achieve this sound? I'm really new to creating dubstep.

do you have any idea what OSC I would use?

I've achieved a sound that is remarkably similar to - though not the same as -the sound in the mentioned track, using the Sytrus VST in FL Studio; though I doubt that helps you at all.

Massive is brillant synth its very adaptable check out the harpischord preset ffs
Tbh if i had to pick one vst to use forever it would be massive just put hours into learning it and check out allthe tuts on youtube and build your own preset folder

Course it doesant matter although saying that i doubt you could make the same patch on 3xosc as you could on massive without outboard effects

Just get a synth and learn it inside out rather than having a million different vsts and not being able to make your fuckin patches

so basically nobody here has made this sound in massive? Or can show me how?
