saw this yesterday when me and a friend went in there for lols
came out of there feeling confused.........
do you think selling apparel in hot topic makes someone a sell out?

hah thats funny because just the other day I walked by a hot topic and heard an older rusko tune playing in the store (blankin on which tune it was atm...)
I shook my head and moved on, because hot topic fuckin sucks.

Hot Topic is where cool ideas go to die. Not that I'm suggesting this cookie-cutter language is cool, but it is nonetheless destined to die on the black particle board shelves at your local Hot Topic. The surest sign any trend has had every ounce of life sucked out of it is when merchandise starts appearing in these cultural graveyards. If you're not from the US, Hot Topic is a store found in malls everywhere that exploits sells a bunch of lame edgy crap to angsty teens. If you like black shirts and staying up past your bed time, Hot Topic is the store for you.
the diagram they have is jokes but its too big for here or something

Ehhh, This really just means dubstep is starting to go SORT OF mainstream.. Which i really dont have a problem with.. I'd love to turn on my radio and here a fucking benga, or kode 9 track. But... Rusko has been hated on since the beginning of time... so this is just gasoline to the fire.
(America lacks pirate radio, so technically this must suck for you UK folks. :\)
But hey man, he's making money and doing his thing.
