kind of like a really hollow xylophoney sound maybe im not sure but would there be anyway to synthesize it?

i think it is just a sine wave, like with no or short sustain/release, or like a high pitched up 808 kick. if you use logic, the klopfgeist synth does exactly this sound if played in the higher frequency range. and then just put loads of reverb on it

its like one of those tom sounds from an 808 with some reverb.
