Poundland you magnificent bastards

Post by firky » Tue Jan 18, 2011 9:42 pm

Celebrate your purchases here :m:

Black hair dye with instructions in what I assume is Arabic and disposable gloves three sizes too small for a seven year old child.

Microwavable plate that warped when I first used it.

An anti-fog shaving mirror that fogs up.

Jalapeño fairy lights that actually work and run off a small battery pack.

All for a quid. I love you poundland.

Washing powder that doesn't clean your clothes and makes them smell like old farts.

Boxes that are very suitable for records but break as soon as you carry them somewhere.

Headphones were louder.

Ohh, Poundland. I had my encounter in Edgware. I bought plastic food containers, a lock, a British flag sticker, stationary, tea, and crisps that I've never seen or tasted before. Poundland reminded me of one of my favorite stores, the 99 Cents Only Stores, where I always overspend on crap I don't need. And find their organizing skills full of lols.

Like this vaginal suppository next to Halls, for example. Um, WTF? :corntard:

Surprisingly listenable trance/house compilation. And fuck it, at 50p a CD who gives a crap.

[Also the CD player in the Pug is a bit iffy and only plays 1 in 30 CDs I try]
