The more I try to figure this software, the more I realize what it's capable of. This leads to the realization of how little I actually know bout this program. It's really overwhelming when ya' really get in there and dig around. What's really sad is the shortage of GOOD material on how to learn this beast. Anyone know where to find some good Tutts (Aside from youtube)? :(

Reaktor is a massive bitch. Honestly, I dont think Ive ever used a synth with a more intimidating set of controls.

It makes Absynth look like a walk in the park......

Pdf's would be super cool.
As far as manuals go, sometimes reading those things is like trying to learn another language. Big Up Wub on all the links. this should keep me bust for awhile! :t:

I'm taking a synthesis class at the local community college. Reaktor is the main application we use and it def is a lot to take in. It took me a couple of days just to make a ordinary subtractive synth. But the possibilities are amazing

I got a lot going on. But I really want to make some things in reaktor. I constantly want to do certain things with audio, and there is nothing out there that I've found does what I want... only recourse is to build it in reaktor...

The time though, bros, the time keeps on ticking.

There's a class that UCD in Denver (My turf) where the main focus is Reaktor. But it's only available to ppl who are in the audio engineer master degree program. I wish I had the time and the $ to attend. Apparently the professer is a sound design GOD. :crybaby:

Okay bro, I'm jumping on a bus(s) and crashing your place, cause I've jumped in there a couple of times, and have been THOROUGHLY disappointed. Others have said lazer bass is the shiznitz too. Shit must be way over my head because I'm not hearing it.

Yeah i think Lazerbass is ok. It does have a nice warm sound though.

If you really know what you can create in reaktor look at these guys - http://www.radiansoundlab.com/

For a while these were bassline killers for me. Sound nuts. Its all wavetable with over like 50 waves to scan through. Its pretty insane.
