First Hyperdub release of 2011, just got the 12''.
Really feelin the sound, think this year is gonna be an interesting one as far as pushing the musical elements of dubstep.

Big tune. Reminds me of Girl Unit.

As I stated in the existing topic of this release, don't like it at all. Too much is too much. Looking forward to the rest of the upcoming HDB releases though.

it's ok, pretty much the same as a lot of the night slugs stuff.. chords and notes that sound shit with way too much random percussion being fired off at every angle. - this can work but i'm not really such a fan of this tune.

I think it would appeal to those into the Rephlex/Warp IDM sound..that doesn't qualify as ''too much'' for me..and neither does this track.

melody wise it's not bad at all, but as someone said, I've heard better stuff in the same vain on Night Slugs to be honest, and overusing percussion is not going to help mask it . Overcompensation with the breaks too imo. I guess we are being awfully critical, It's an all right release, certainly above average. But I expect better things to come from Hyperdub.

I'm just holding out for new Burial and Zomby releases.
