Just downloaded this. Used to play the originals when I was younger but was shit at them. Anybody else play it? Any tips?

I played it a bit back in 2007 (i think), it's not bad, the first one was too complicated for me (maybe because I wasn't old enough or I was a dull tool at the time).

It sure as hell beats the new sims games.

I get kicked off my computer everytime my girl wants to play S3. Fucking virtual doll house.......

i was good at simcity 3000, but i i found simcity 4 harder.

there's loads of other fun addons you can download as well

I swear this is the most complicated game ever. Never tried it since I was like 15 but it was fucking stressful.

Was addicted to this shit till i accidentally deleted some tiny file and then some of the buildings appeared as cardboard boxes... lame

I haven't played Sim City since I was like 8, didn't have a clue what I was doing but was awesome.

yeah, i love this game, been playing simcity since 1995. im playing the rush hour pack one at the moment, but as soon as i start linking up the different maps, then it gets super buggy. it's really frustrating.
