List of labels?

Just wondering if there was a list of both big and smaller labels?
Obviously labels don't want to get spammed but surely smaller labels that are looking to sign artists..? Possibly with a slight description of the sound of the label and contact info? Sure I could trawl through the internet like other people surely do but just thought this may be a good idea to implement on the forum?
I realise quality control is an issue but still..
