I did a short one for Joe - Claptrap, which I posted before (and you can see it if you missed it, here, and now I'm back for Seplacure.
It's far from perfect, mainly because this was footage I quickly shot while I stepped out into the city during a flight transfer, but I really like the tune, and I really wanted to do a video to it...so I did my best with what I could.
Pretty soon I'll come back with something really sick - which will involve an actual "shoot" on my part, with right equipment and such. Stick around.

I cut it off because I didn't feel like it fit. That it took away from the atmosphere.

what did you shoot it on?
not so keen on the 'hipsteresque' flares/flashes but works well with the music.

haha, someone spotted it. yeah I know, lots of hipster vids on vimeo love the flare effect. But I mean, with the footage I had and what I could do with it (which wasn't a lot) the intention was to then just make it flashy all in all. There were a lot of shakiness and just imperfections throughout the quick "home/trip footage" that I had (mostly due to the lack of time and equipment on hand, trust me I rarely let this slide, this was just an exception), that I used some of the flares to mask that in.
I shot it on the Canon 550D / T2i (in US)

yes, an old Soviet one - Helios 44-M4. Looks like you're a photographer/videographer yourself? or just knowledgable?
Yes, I'll defintiely do more, no plans to stop, just honing the skills (if any) right now, and laying the foundation. More equipment coming = better quality videos.

Good stuff! Fade out of the music at the end is a bit abrupt though!
