K so my last thread caused a massive shit storm, but I'm getting a macbook soon, so I sort of need suggestions for new software, preferably one that I can compose with easily WITHOUT a midi controller... the closer to fruityloops in function the better. I will also be installing windows on it and loading flstudio on there... it'll be nice to have both.
So anyways what's a good transitional program?

(I expect, no, I demand that at least 60% of replies are completely un-helpful and overly opinionated.)

Reason I suppose, if your looking for a setup akin to FL. Logic would be another recommendation if your willing to lose some of that familiarity.

the only reason i got a mac was so that i could use logic, if ur gonna get one just so you can load windows and fl studio onto it, why not save ur self half ur budget and buy a pc?

I already have a pc with FL on it, but someone offered me a macbook for a price i couldnt refuse so I'm definitely gonna buy it. I just want to see what else is out there. Me and FL have been together for a while but I think it's time to try some new things.

Anyways he got the macbook last year for $2500 and he's selling it to me for 1000$. best of all is I get to pay for it over the course of this year.
