Teaching
Say if i wanted to teach english here (UK) at secondary school level what qualifications would be needed? how would they differ if i chose to teach at college level? i'm obviously going to research this a bt more but it would be nice to hear from a few ninjas

I think your degree needs to be 50% in the subject you want to teach and then you need to get a PGCE.

Yes and you need gcse's at c or above in the core subjects.

teaching at school you need a pgce, at college, depending on the age/subject range you need a degree or, in some cases, a masters.
