let me go to my piano real quick and see if i can figure this out in a way thats easier to explain...

...its proven difficult to transpose this cause my brain wants to find the logical notes which arent corresponding with the ones you used. all of the music sounds slightly detuned from the vocals. maybe you pitch shifted in order to make the vocals match the bpm you wanted and it placed the vocals in between semitones? besides that the second note in your intro is clearly a whole semitone from where it should be, when its already out of tune. replaying it a couple of times has given me a headache to be honest. i know my feedback isnt particularly "nice" but im just being honest. clearly, your intro sucks. your structure is off in the intro, and need i remind you your pitch is off. plus the vocals are WAY too loud.
Your bassline isnt bad. your drums are pretty good, but your vocals...
fucking fail. when it comes to producing good dubplates theres a whole lot more to it then just cool basslines. it needs to have musical value (which is most often shown off in the inro and break of the song.) the first time i listened to this when i posted that first comment i didnt even make it to the bassline, your foul intro scared me away.
i hope im not coming of to harsh. you have potential to be a good producer just work on your intros a bit more then just programming mad basslines.
good luck to you bruv

Thanks for the feedback however I'm sure its hitting the notes I want it to hit, The vocals are not detuned and are on the same notes as the lead/bass etc however I will investigate! The bassline is very slightly detuned however, It all sounds good through my Mackie's however every individual hears things differently and you are clearly picking up something i'm not.
I am still very new to production so will take on all of your comments and appreciate your honesty. :)
