I am a newbe at creating dubstep and wanted some constructive criticism. I am using Fl studios and haven't figured out every little trick to it, so i am limited on what i can do. Just check it out if you don't mind

Sounding pretty good, man. I like the atmosphere in the intro. You really have to work on your mix-down though... compression, eq, gain levels and all that. Hahah I love the samples too..

I am starting on a new one which i am going to go deeper into FL studios if allowed. I will try to fix all of the problems

This one however is pretty decent actually I mean it's by no mean ready to be released but you have potential man.
after you learn about doing your mixdown your track will improve atleast 75% it makes a big difference.
My only suggestion besides Keep Workin hard would be to avoid using the fl vocal samples like "this dj funky" in the future. they are fine for this track but you will look back in a few months and be like oh...

sweet. Thanks for that. I threw in that vocal loop just because i thought it sound pretty cool for that drop. Once i get my mic fixed, I'm going to be using real vocals.

For a first track that actually wasn't too bad. You just need to get more creative with sampling, learn the ins and outs of EQing, compressions, and effects. Unlike a lot of people I think you understand what the overall basic technique for composing a dubstep track...it's just gonna take a lot more time to understand how to do it correctly.

youtube for sure if you are a visual learner. just search fl studio tutorial or even fl studio dubstep tutorial and you will be set.
look up kevwillow7 he tends to ramble sometimes but covers a wide variety of things all in fl

also if you haven't check out the get started in dubstep sticky in the production forum, takes a minute to wrap your head around it but after you do it's a gold mine

Keep in mind that tutorials will definitely help you along the way but it takes understanding your DAW and the components of mixing/mastering to truly get comfortable with producing. I've been a self taught producer/engineer for 6 years and started with FL Studio making hip hop beats. I now use Reason for anything done digitally but it took a long time for me to fully understand what everything does in FL Studio. The good news is, after changing DAWs most things come natural. It takes a lot of just working with tracks and sitting down and READING books and pages of production guides to get it all down. My personal advice...check the production bible on the forum (I'll leave a link below) and when you come across something you don't understand or haven't attempted, look up a tutorial for it in FL Studio. These days it's pretty easy to find good explanations via the web.

An important thing is give headroom levels on tracks space to breathe ( about 7-10db from 0), after you mix down your completed track, then think about leveling and gain.

BTW, the structure was fun.
