Those electric sparks in the breaks are really cool soundwise (Allways wanted too use something similar since I bought The Orb album, "Orbus Terranum", if you havn't checked it out before, do it). But I think theyre a little bit too big for what comes before it, maybe you could add just a little bit more progress/buildup before you let it loose?
It appears youre going for the minimalist vibes, but I think that the tune would grow a lot bigger if you added some progression instead of repetition only, like introducing a pad a couple of minutes into the tune, or some semi ambient stabs/chords, it doesnt have to be loud bursts of extra sound, but just some thin layers to go with what you've allready got to add interest...
And lastly, I really felt the part in the beginning (ie. 0:26-0:55) where the wobbles are a bit slower, but that didnt reappear later in the tune and I think it deserves to come back a few times more in the tune...
Anyways, thats my two cents...
