I know some of you also have those. Is there sthg amiss with mines cause it feels like 0.1% precision is just not enough to get all records beatmatched.

I've got em
They're more precise than .1 - it just shows .1 on the screen.
For beatmatching, I speed the record that I'm bringing in up to be faster than the other one, and then slowly bring it down until I know it's close to the same speed, but still a touch faster.

Than when they start to split (not even a noticable ammount - just enough to "anticipate", I touch the platter.

Actually they ain't. Just tried the same record on the 2 decks. Both at 0%. Then I go the closest I can to -0.1% on one & the closest to +0.1% on the other and they won't desync (done that at +/- 10 pitch)... Never felt sthg wrong about it?
