The TAL series I find are pretty good. Bassline and Noisemaker esp.

Bassline - http://kunz.corrupt.ch/?Products:VST_TAL-BassLine

Noisemaker - http://kunz.corrupt.ch/?Products:VST_TAL-NoiseMaker

And Ele7ro if you're so inclined - http://kunz.corrupt.ch/?Products:VST_TAL-Elek7ro

i'm using massive less and less lately because it has a very distinct character to it that i don't really like BUT for electro (as in electo house i suppose) basslines it's really a beast. try messing with phase modulation for a bass sound that's kinda like this:

then sidechain it to the kick. congratulations, you're now an electrohouse hero!

Quoting someone from over on Gearslutz who said it with perfect concision:

all you really need is a saw with an open filter.

Anything that has a saw. That's any VST.
Play with distortion and overdrive etc..
Then get the modulated LFOs on LPcutoff
Do you say zerbaman? Or do you say zebraman?

NI Massive.

Check out my track 'Swaggasaurus' [Scroll way down on my Soundcloud] and if you want the two basses in that you can have presets.
They're really simple.

Let me know.
