Hey. This is my first post. I wanted to share a work in progress. I'm not aiming to sound like skrillex but I think it's pretty similar in some ways. Before I'm satisfied with my song I need to work on the pitch for the vocals a little bit more. Anything else I should think about? Thanks for listening btw.

Definitely up beat and energetic!

Check your sub basses though. It seemed like the sub bass was only there with a few of your midranges, not sure if you meant for it to be like that, but thought I'd let you know. Killer vocal work though!

Yeah. I probably need to make the subs sound more consistent. Thanks for the feedback :)

Dude...I love it. I'm a sucker for that Skrillex style vocal sample cutups, and all the synths sound really rich and polished, lots of different elements going on and yet it barely sounded like the source track (in a good way, as in it was original). I honestly don't have too much feedback, other than maybe do something about the vocals at 1:45, it just doesn't quite sound right at that pitch but maybe that's just me. Plus the operatic lalalas, while funny, were really random and wtf-y

Nice man. This is pretty sweet. You should give me a hint on how you mess with the vocals like that! I've been trying to figure it out :|

This is dope. Nice work man. I can see how this could be deemed "Skrillex Style" but you definetly didn't just rip him off, you made it your own for sure.

Thank you man. I'm a little confused what genre it should be tagged as other than just dubstep though. any ideas?

I just stretched the vocals to fit the bpm, changed the pitch and started slicing it up. Then I put a little reverb and EQ on it so it would blend a little better

I would definitely check your sub bass as sometimes its power seems inconsistent. Great work on the track though I always like when remixes are of songs I don't actually know so that I go in with an open mind and don't know what to expect and I was pleased. :W:

Thank you. :) I like to remix songs that I don't really enjoy and turn them into something I would listen to :P
